At Jin, we have been focusing on Sanriku oysters since we opened, out of a desire to support reconstruction efforts.This year, our 10th anniversary, we visited the site and learned about the earthquake, tsunami, and the current state of Sanriku through oysters.We started this course because we want everyone to know about it.I hope today will be an opportunity for you to do something.*A portion of the sales will be donated to the "Shin Oyster Research Association".
