This menu includes all of Jin's popular dishes! It includes sashimi, Jin gyoza, and roasted domestic brand Echigo Mochi Pork. Echigo Mochi Pork is a special pork that is only allowed to be raised under strict control by a limited number of producers.It's light even down to the fat, yet juicy.The moist, fine-grained meat is suitable for Japanese tastes.[Jin Gyoza] has been repeatedly improved to match the wine! And to finish off, it's a very satisfying course that also comes with everyone's favorite seafood mentaiko cream pasta!
