Echigo Mochi Pork is a special pork that is raised under strict control by only a limited number of producers.It's lean even down to the fat, but still juicy.The moist, fine-grained meat is suitable for Japanese palates.[Jin Gyoza] has been improved to match the wine! And to finish off, it comes with everyone's favorite seafood mentaiko cream pasta for a very satisfying course!
